Effortless Batch Tracking and Digital Access: Print Plant Batch Labels

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to print labels for a plant batch using the system’s label printing feature. This process involves creating a QR code that enables quick access to the overview of the batch.

Print your Labels

1. Open the specific plant batch 

2. Click on Actions and chose Print Label

   

3. The system generates a QR code for this batch that is sent to the Print Center

4. The Print Center will open, automatically displaying your selected plant batch

   1. Choose the QR code label format from the available options in the drop-down menu

   2. Select the specific fields you wish to include in the QR code label by checking the appropriate boxes

5. Click the green Print selection to generate your QR code label and the Print Center will open in a new tab, showcasing all the generated QR code labels, where you can view or delete them

6. To view the desired QR code label, click the green printer icon. This action will open a new tab displaying the label in PDF format, allowing you to either download the file or print it directly
7. To delete a QR code label, click the red trash bin icon next to the label you wish to remove
