Efficiently Manage and Edit User Profiles

Users

In the Users page (Profile > Users) you can manage all users of the Cannavigia software and edit or enter information about each user.

 

The following tabs can be seen in the Users page:

  • Active Users: An overview of all active users with their email, name and role.

  • Inactive Users: The Inactive tab lists users who no longer have permissions in the Cannavigia software.

  • Log: Displays a system-generated record of all actions performed on users.

Creating a new user

  1. Click on your user profile icon at the top right corner of the menu bar.
  2. Hover over to Users
  3. Click the green + Add user button.
  4. Enter the new user’s First name, Last name, Initials, and Email address.
  5. Select the Role and associated permissions.
    1. User: has access to both the web & mobile app
    2. App-only user: mobile app access only
    3. Admin: is the gatekeeper for updating any SETUP categories, setting permission for your employees, as well as releasing batches
    4. No access: you can add an unlimited number of employee that will not have access to system but you can track and document their training
  6. Optional Information: Provide the new user’s Phone number, Mobile number, Job description, Position, and Department.
  7. Additional Details: Enter more detailed information, such as start/end dates, nationality, and address under the Additional info tab.
  8. Compensation Details: Add salary information, bank details, and work permit references in the Compensation tab.
  9. Click the green Save button to create the new user.

Editing a user

If there are changes for a user, they can be recorded with the Edit button:

  1. In the Active Users tab, find the user you wish to edit.
  2. Click the green Edit button.
  3. Modify the necessary fields or add additional information.
  4. Click Save to record the changes and return to the Users page.
 

Archiving and re-enabling a user

With the Archive button, a user who no longer has permissions in the Cannavigia software can be archived:

Archiving a User:

  1. Click the grey Archive button to archive a user (except Superadmins).
  2. Confirm by clicking OK.

Note: Archived users are still visible in the Inactive tab in the Users page and can be re-enabled at any time.

Re-enabling a User:

  1. Go to the Inactive Users tab.
  2. Click Re-enable next to the user you wish to activate again.
