Generate Reports

Supporting Data Integrity and Compliance Through Automated and Custom Reporting Solutions

Within the Cannavigia system, you are able to generate a number of different types of reports based on the information you enter into the software. These reports can be very useful in terms of analyzing waste, area management, equipment maintenance as well as stock management.

The data already entered into the software generates the creation of a report over a selected period of time. For transparency reasons, some report are generated automatically and cannot be changed manually.

Generate a Report

To create a report, go to the Reports page (Quality > Reports):

  • Click on the green button + Create report 


  • The Create a report dialog box opens
  • Enter a Name for the report
  • Select the Type of report:
    • Waste
    • Area Cleaning
    • Equipment
    • Disposal
    • Plant Material Batch Report
    • Stock Report

Once a report Type has been selected, a list of all areas, equipment or disposal options appears, depending on the type of report. In this list, one or more entries can be selected to narrow down the data for the report.

  • Determine the period based on the Start date and the End date
  • Click the Save button to generate the report



  • It will now appear in the Reports page Quality > Reports > Reports Tab

Download Reports

Once you have generated a report, you can download it at any time from the Reports page (Quality > Reports).

  • Click on the highlighted green Name of the report you would like to download



  • The window of the Print center will open automatically
  • Find your report and click the green print button to print it



  • The report will open up in a new tab where it can be downloaded or printed out

Narcotic Article Report

This report will show all article batches containing narcotic cultivars for the selected year. It contains data such as Stock and Adjustments, Imported and Exported Goods and National Goods In and Goods Out.

To find the Report, follow these steps:

  • Click on Quality > Reports
  • Click on the tab Narcotic Article Report

Note: The data might be based on calculations as of [specific date and time]. To access the most recent information and ensure accurate results, you need to update this report.

Once the page loads, click on the Update button and select the desired year to generate the report for that specific time period.


To export the report, click the CSV or Excel download button located next to the search field on the left side of the page.

Narcotic Cultivation Report

The Cultivation Narcotic Report is generated in real-time when opening the page. It shows all the plant batches cultivated in the selected interval with narcotic cultivars.

You will have data like Harvested Wet Weight, Cultivation Waste, Primary Processing Waste and Total Dry Weight, by Plant Batch.

To access the Report, follow these steps:

  • Click on Quality > Reports
  • Click on the tab Narcotic Cultivation Report

Once the page is loaded you can select the time interval to generate the report, and also you can choose to show mother plant batches or not.

To download a CSV or Excel report file, click the corresponding button next to the search field on the left side.

Cultivar Report

This report offers information on Cultivation Batches, Harvest Batches and Articles batches all grouped by cultivar. You can access data like Amount of Seeds or Clones in Stock, Amount Used in Cultivation, Weights and Wastes of Wet and Dried Plants, Inported and Exported Flowers, Plants and Seeds, also Nacionaly Aquired and Shipped.

To access the Report, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Quality > Reports

  2. Click on the Cultivar Report tab

Select the timeframe for which you want to generate de report and click on the Update button.

The report can be exported using the standard table export function. To export the report click on the CSV or Excel Button.
