To ensure proper connectivity between your scales and the Scale APP, the following cables are required:

1. One USB TYPE C to RS232 Serial Adapter Converter Cable With FTDI . It's important to use cables that specifically utilize FTDI chipsets, as alternatives like CH3x or Prolific may not function correctly.
