      Minimum System Requirements

      Find the technical specifications needed to run Cannavigia smoothly, including supported operating systems, browsers, hardware (scales and printers), and network requirements to guarantee optimal performance and data security.

      Cannavigia is designed to be flexible and accessible, allowing users to access its features from any web browser on various devices. Whether you're using a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone, Cannavigia offers compatibility across different platforms for your convenience.

      However, for optimal performance and seamless integration with peripheral devices, we recommend utilizing Cannavigia with specific hardware and software configurations. By adhering to these recommendations, you can ensure a smoother experience and unlock the full potential of Cannavigia's capabilities.

      • Google Chrome: Ensure you have the latest version of Google Chrome installed on your system.

      Internet Connection

      • A stable internet connection is necessary for optimal performance. We recommend:

        • Speed: Internet speed of around 1-2 Mbps should be sufficient. However, it's advisable to have a minimum speed of 5 Mbps, preferably 10 Mbps, for smoother operation.

      Weighing Scales

      We support various manufacturers/models such as Radwag and Ohaus. Potential compatibility extends to all scales featuring an RS232 serial communication interface. If your model isn't listed below, please contact support@cannavigia.com for help.

      Additional Hardware Required

      To ensure proper connectivity between your scales and the Scale APP, the following cables are required:

      1. One USB TYPE C to RS232 Serial Adapter Converter Cable With FTDI . It's important to use cables that specifically utilize FTDI chipsets, as alternatives like CH3x or Prolific may not function correctly.

      Cannavigia Mobile App

        • The app does not store more than 100MB.

      • RAM (Memory):

        • Mobile device with at least 2 GB RAM for smooth operation of the application.

      • Screen Size:

        • The Cannavigia Mobile App is optimized for screens larger than 5.5 inches, providing a comfortable user experience on smartphones and tablets.

      • Internet Connection:

        • A stable internet connection is necessary for optimal performance.

        • Internet speed of at least 1-2 Mbps is recommended to ensure seamless data transfer and real-time synchronization with the Cannavigia server.
