The Cannavigia Support Portal can be accessed by clicking the "?" icon on the top right.

You can read the handbook and the latest release notes, get answers to the most frequently asked questions, schedule a call with one of our customer success managers, or submit a ticket

Submitting a Ticket

To submit a ticket, click on “Submit a ticket” in the Cannavigia Support Portal window, it will direct you to our ticketing system.

 

Click on 'File a support Ticket' at the top of page



  1. Enter your first name, last name and company name
  2. Select 'Topic' from the drop-down list (whether it's a bug report, software support, billing issues, user experience or subscription adjustment)
  3. Fill in the summary and description of your ticket
  4. Add screenshots, if applicable
  5. Click 'Submit'
