How to Access the Support Portal
Need Assistance or Have Questions?
The Cannavigia Support Portal provides quick access to documentation, updates, and support resources.
To open the Support Portal, click the “?” icon in the top-right corner of the Cannavigia interface.
When opened, the portal provides several support options:

Knowledge Base: Access the online documentation to learn how to use Cannavigia features. Click Knowledge Base to open detailed guides and help articles.

Release Notes: Stay informed about the latest system updates and improvements. Click Release Notes to review recent changes and new features.

Frequently Asked Questions: Find quick answers to common questions about the platform. Click Open FAQs to browse frequently asked questions.

Schedule a Call: Need direct assistance? You can schedule a call with one of our Customer Success Managers. Click Schedule a Call to book a meeting.

Terms and Conditions: Access the Cannavigia agreement and legal documentation. Click Open Agreement to view the terms.

Submit a Ticket: To submit a ticket, click Submit a ticket in the Cannavigia Support Portal window, it will direct you to our ticketing system.
- Click on 'File a Support Ticket' at the top of page

Enter your First name, Last name, Company name and Email

Select 'Topic' from the drop-down list (whether it's a bug report, software support, billing issues, user experience or subscription adjustment)

Fill in the Summary and Description of your ticket

Add screenshots, if applicable
- Click 'Submit'
- Click on 'File a Support Ticket' at the top of page
