Release Notes 3.4

Released on 07 Aug 2025

We’re excited to announce the latest updates to our Cultivation Management Software. This update includes bugfixes, enhancements to usability, data transparency, and workflow precision across several key areas of our platform.

New Features

Redesigned Sample Order Form

  • The sample order form has received a design refresh with additional content fields, making it clearer and more comprehensive for users.

Enhanced Article Batch Labels

  • Packaging date and article amount are now automatically included on all article batch labels, providing better traceability and compliance at a glance.

Improved Harvesting & Drying Logic

  • When weighing processed plant parts before drying, and selecting the appropriate workflow, any waste logged during the drying process will now correctly reduce the recorded wet weight. This ensures more accurate mass balance tracking.

Supplier Batch ID in Goods In Table:

  • You can now view Supplier Batch ID information directly in the Goods In table, making it easier to match incoming goods with supplier documentation and improve batch tracking.

Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements

  • Seed Destruction & Article Delivery Fixes
Destroying seeds and adding articles (in pieces) to deliveries must now be done in whole numbers only, no more decimals allowed, ensuring clearer inventory and compliance.
  • Chart Synchronization Fixes
We've resolved data visualization issues in simple line charts, expect more consistent and reliable chart syncing.
  • Quality Control Sorting
Sorting by unit under the Quality Control section now works as intended.
  • Cultivar Reports Waste Attribution
Waste from final product that originates from harvest batches is now correctly attributed as waste of dried plants, providing a clearer audit trail.
  • Minor Validation Fixes
Additional smaller validation bugs have been addressed to improve overall platform robustness.
