Updates and New Features

Goods Out Update

We’ve updated the Goods Out workflow to make the process clearer, more reliable, and easier to manage.

Why we’re making this change
This update improves clarity in the workflow and gives users better control throughout the Goods Out process. It also strengthens stock validation when batches are added, helping reduce the risk of stock inconsistencies.

What’s changing
The creation of a Goods Out record and the assignment of batches are now handled as two separate steps.

By separating these actions, users have more visibility and control at each stage of the process, while the system can perform more precise stock checks when batches are assigned.

Connect API: Substrate Measurements

The Connect API push IoT Sensor Data endpoint has been extended by substrate measurements:

  • Substrate VWC (Volumetric Water Content) in %

  • Substrate EC in µs/cm

General

  • The Conducted Training table now includes Started At and Finished At timestamps.image-20260326-145313.png

  • The Quality Control view now displays batches with the status Goods In.

  • Added validation to prevent decimal values during Goods In for articles measured in pieces.

  • Improved logging for Connect API tokens to provide more detailed visibility.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that prevented users from completing a process in the Scale App.

  • Fixed an issue where the confirmation message showed an incorrect unit when removing an additive from a plant batch.

  • Resolved an issue where Subtract from Inventory could be enabled for additives with no related batches.

  • Fixed an issue where the cultivar was not shown for samples taken from a harvest batch.

  • Fixed an issue where users were required to enter a quantity for all related batches when applying additives with Subtract from Inventory enabled.

  • Fixed an issue where the table search did not update correctly when switching between Cultivation Projects and Notes.

  • Resolved an issue where entering wet and dry weight into a container did not set the container’s loading date.

  • Fixed an issue where a mother plant batch could not be finished if it contained no plants.

  • Fixed the search functionality in Recipes.

  • Fixed an issue where certain actions were not displayed in the Area Log in the frontend.
