Start Processing

  1. Go to the Cultivation>Harvest

  2. Choose the specific harvest batch by either clicking the Actions button associated with that batch, or entering the batch ID to access it directly

  3. In the Actions Modal that appears, select the Start Processing icon

  4. Fill in the Primary Processing Details

    • Primary Processing (Task) (Mandatory): Choose the primary processing task related to the batch (e.g., Debucking, Trimming, ...)

    • Area (Mandatory): Choose the designated location for the primary processing task to occur

    • Start Date (Mandatory): Enter the start date

    • Equipments (Optional): Link any relevant equipment that will be utilized during the primary processing task

    • Task Checklist (if applicable): If the chosen primary processing task includes a checklist, ensure that all items are completed before initiating the process; the task can only start once every checklist item has been verified by the user
    • Start the Primary Pricessing: Once all mandatory fields are filled, click Start to initiate the process for the selected harvest batch

In the Processing tab, you can see the task that you just now started, its status, waste, duration, etc:

Notes:

  • If you choose Weigh whole plants before any processing, you will start with a Total Available Weight. Any waste or losses you log will be deducted from this initial weight.

  • If you choose Weigh processed plant parts before drying, you will not have an available weight at the start, it will be zero. Waste or losses logged at this stage will not be deducted, because there’s no available weight yet. But they will still appear in the Weight and Waste logs for traceability.

Once your first drying task is completed, a Total Available Weight will be generated based on the dried material. From this point onward, any waste or losses logged will be deducted accordingly.
