Streamlined Equipment Maintenance with Cannavigia
Properly maintaining equipment is essential in cannabis cultivation to ensure compliance with GxP guidelines, reduce downtime, and maintain consistent quality. Cannavigia allows users to document maintenance activities directly within the platform, making it easier to stay compliant, organized, and audit-ready.

Maintenance Interval
Set the interval and maintenance instructions for your equipment:
- When creating a new equipment or editing an existing one, go to the Maintenance interval tab

Enter a start date for the maintenance of the equipment, additional fields will appear to help clarify the cleaning schedule based on your selected interval

Enter maintenance instructions
- Click on the green Save button
After setting the maintenance interval for all your equipment, you can go to Facility>Dashboard to check the Maintenance Status:
- In this list, you can see warnings on the planned maintenance actions according to the settings created
- From here, you can easily click on the equipment name to be redirected to the equipment Detailed View
Record Maintenance

Go to Facility > Dashboard > Maintenance Status box

Check the status of your equipment and click on the name to be redirected to the Detailed View

Or, you can go to Facility > Equipment, locate the desired one and open it to access the Detailed View

Click on the green Perform Maintenance button

Add the mandatory information: Task (e.g. Calibration) and Date

Additionally, you can record: Incurred expenses (if any) and the Currency, Description of the maintenance action, Upload receipt and picture

Click the green Save button to log your maintenance
In the equipment Detailed View calendar, you can see when a maintenance action took place through a blue line, that you can hover it to see the timestamp:
You can also navigate to the Maintenance actions tab, see all the actions and archive them on the grey button:
To restore them, go to the Archive tab, locate the desired action and click on the grey button:
Reports
With Cannavigia you can easily create reports for your equipment with all the cleanings, maintenance activities and reported defects. To generate this type of report, follow these steps:
- Go to Quality>Reports
- Click on the green + Create report button

The Create a report window will open:

For the Type, choose Equipment

Enter a desired name for the report

Select a time range, with the Start Date and End Date

Select all the equipment that you want to see in the report, you can select one, multiple or all

Click Submit to generate the report

- Your report will show up in the Reports tab, from there you can click on the name to be redirected to the print center, where your report will be listed
- In the Print Center you can download or print the report by clicking on the green Print button
Additionally, you can also export several tables to attach to the report:
- Navigate to the desired table, for example, Maintenance actions tab from one equipment
- Click on the grey CSV or Excel buttons to export the table in the desired format, and the download will start
- You will find the table file in your computer Downloads folder
