How much study cannabis can a test subject obtain?

Article 16 (2) NarcPV regulates the maximum amount of cannabis products that may not be exceeded per dispensing.

It is 10 grams for unmixed cannabis products (typically 2 packets of 5 g each) and 2 grams for mixed cannabis products. This regulation serves to facilitate enforcement by the police: 10 grams correspond to a small amount according to Art. 19b (2) NarcA, the possession of which would also be unpunished in the case of an illegally acquired cannabis product.

⚠️ It is therefore important to ensure that test persons do not leave the point of sale with more than 10 grams of an unmixed cannabis product (cannabis flowers and cannabis resin). For this reason, several dispenses may not be carried out consecutively, which comprise a total of more than 10 grams.
