Harvest Overview
Harvest Inventory
In the Harvest Inventory section under Cultivation > Harvest, you can view a table of all your harvests. This table contains essential details to manage and track harvests efficiently. Below is an outline of the available columns and functionalities:

Harvest Batch ID

This is the unique identifier for each harvest

You can change the Harvest Batch ID by editing the details

Clicking on the Harvest Batch ID will open the Harvest Detail View for further actions and information

Harvest Date

Displays the date when the harvest was conducted

Cultivar

Indicates the variety or cultivar of the harvested plant material

Clicking on the cultivar name will open the Cultivar Detail View, allowing you to edit its properties

In Progress

Shows ongoing processing or drying tasks related to the harvest

To begin a task, use the Start a processing action

Area

Displays the current location of the harvest within your facility

To move the harvest to another location, use the Move action

Available wet weight

Indicates the total wet weight available from the harvest before drying

To add more wet weight, use the Weigh in wet weight action

Once drying is complete, this will reset to zero

Available dry weight

Shows the total dry weight after the drying process is complete

To add more dry weight, use the Weigh in dry weight action

This weight will remain for the lifetime of the harvest post-drying

The weigh will be reduced accordingly with every Package/Waste/Loss action

Harvest Batch Detail-View
To get to the harvest batch detail view click on Cultivation > Harvest and then click on the Batch ID of the harvest batch you want to look at more closely:

- Overview: In this tab you can view a list of last activities, which ones are in progress and a timeline for all the tasks
- Processing: List of all the processing tasks performed and/or ongoing
- Drying: List of all the drying tasks performed and/or ongoing
- Traceability: Origin and where the harvest batch was used
- Observations: List of all the observations logged
- Samples: List of all the samples taken from the batch
- Waste: List of all the waste logged
- Documents: All the documents uploaded to the batch
- IoT Data: IoT data from the area where the batch is located
- Weight Log: List with the logged weights, waste and losses
- Packaged: List of article batches that the harvest batch was packed into
- Area Log: Areas where the batch passed
- Notes: List of all the notes logged
- Log: List of actions performed by the users
Actions on Harvest Batches
You can perform a variety of actions on a Harvest Batch to effectively manage its lifecycle. Below is a comprehensive list of all the available actions you can take.

Edit Harvest Details: With this action you can edit the name, method and date of the batch

Move: You can move your batch to another area

Split Batch: You are able to split the batch and create another one resulting from the action

Merge Batches: You can merge batches from the same cultivar, in the same phase and without any processing or drying tasks in progress; all available weight will be added to the merged batch

Record Observation: With this action you can add observations with pictures to your batch

Add a Note: Add notes to your batch with this action

Print Label: Select your labels format and generate a QR Code for your batch that will be listed in the Print Center and ready to download or print

Archive: This action allows you to archive a finished batch, but it will be greyed out and it's not possible to perform as long as you have weight available, or any task in progress

Start Processing: Allows you to log and start any processing task

Finish Processing: Once your processing task is done, you can finish it with this action

Weigh in Wet Weight: Log/add wet weight to your batch, but note that this is only possible on split batches, for that you must add from the source batch

Log Waste: Log any waste that occurs during your tasks

Start Drying: Use this action to start a drying task

Finish Drying: Once your drying task is complete, use this action to end it up

Weight in dry weight: Log/add dry weight to your batch; you can do it immediatly after your drying task is finished, or later using this action

Load Containers: This action gives you the possibility to retain weight by using a container

Unload Containers: Once the weight is available, you can unload the container with this action

Package: Use this action to package any amount to an article batch, note that the amount sould be available in the total weight and outside containers

Take Sample: Log any sample taken from the batch for analysis

Log Loss: Use this action to log losses, they can be Drying of plant material, Theft, Processing or Corrections

Upload Document: With this action you can upload documents to your batch
