      Print Labels for Harvest Batches

      Effortless Batch Tracking and Digital Access: Print Harvest Batches Label

      This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to print labels for a Harvest Batch using the system’s label printing feature. The process includes generating a QR code that enables quick access to the batch overview.

      Print your Harvest Batch Labels

      1. Open the specific Harvest Batch or locate it in the harvest inventory

      2. Click on Actions and choose Print Labels

      3. The system generates a QR code for this harvest batch that is sent to the Print Center

      4. The print center will open, automatically displaying your selected harvest batch:

        1. Choose the QR code label format from the available options in the drop-down menu

      5. Click the green Print selection to generate your QR code label and the Print Center will open in a new tab, showcasing all the generated QR code labels, where you can view or delete them

      6. To view the desired QR code label, click the green Print selection button; this action will open a new tab displaying the label in PDF format, allowing you to either download the file or print it directly



      7. To delete a QR code label, click the red trash bin icon next to the label you wish to remove

      💡Tips
      To easily identify new labels, name them using the area name in the Print Selection Name field. This allows you to quickly locate specific labels in the Print Center and reprint them directly without regeneration.

      To keep your workspace organized and prevent confusion with multiple generated QR code labels, regularly delete any outdated labels.
