System Settings, Security, and Technical Requirements for Optimal Platform Use

Change the Platform Language

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner

  2. In the sidebar, click Change language

  3. Select your preferred language from the dropdown menu

  4. Click Save
    The platform will reload automatically in the selected language


Log Out of the Platform

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner

  2. In the sidebar, select Logout

  3. You will be redirected to the sign-in page

Tip: Always log out atfer finishing your session, especially when using a shared or public device.


Browser to Access the Club Dispensing Module

  • For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome (latest version)

  • Ensure automatic updates are enabled

  • Other browsers might work, but full compatibility is not guaranteed


Internet Connection Requirements

A stable internet connection is required for optimal performance:

  • Minimum speed: 1–2 Mbps

  • Recommended speed: 5 Mbps or higher

  • Ideal speed: 10 Mbps for smoother operation

Prefer wired connections or strong Wi-Fi networks for uninterrupted usage.

Mac Devices

  • OS: Ventura or Sonoma

  • RAM: 8 GB minimum

QR Code Scanner


A 2D QR code scanner is required to:

  • Scan Member QR codes during handovers

  • Scan product barcodes during inventory operations

Requirements:

  • Must support 2D QR code scanning

  • Set the language to English for best compatibility
