Handover Operations: Starting, Canceling, and Accessing Records

Start a Handover

To start a handover, sellers have two options:

  1. From the Home page → Click Add → Select Start Handover

  2. From the Top Menu → Go to Handovers → Click Start Handover



Steps to Perform a Handover

When initiating a handover:

1. Identify the recipient

  • Scan the Member ID: Use the scanner to quickly retrieve the member’s details.

  • Dispense to a Non-Member: Choose this option if the handover is for:

    • A private person

    • Another club

2. Scan the products

  • Scan the product barcode(s) to add them to the handover

  • Manual entry: If scanning fails, you can enter the product code manually

3. Confirm payment

  • After adding products, proceed to the Payment step

  • Mark Successfully Paid to confirm payment

  • Optional: Once the checkbox is marked, you can open and view the payment receipt.



Cancel a Handover

  • Go to the Handovers tab

  • Find the relevant handover

  • Mark the checkbox next to the relevant handover

  • Click Cancel Handover button

  • Identify the member

  • Confirm cancelation



Access Previous Receipts or Handover Details

To view past handovers and access their receipts:

  1. Go to the Handovers tab in the top menu

  2. Click on the Handover ID to open the Handover Detail View, where you can:

    • View and download receipts

    • See the timeline of actions

    • Check detailed product information

    • Review payment confirmations
