Goods Out (Shipments)
Handle all outgoing shipments to recipients.

Create new shipments and select products, batches, and amounts

Choose shipment reasons (return or disposal)

Finish or cancel shipments

Review shipment history and access related documents
Shipment
A shipment is the process of sending products out of the dispensary inventory. Shipments can be made for two reasons:

Return – sending products back to the supplier or another dispensary
-
Disposal – removing products due to expiration, damage, or other compliance reasons
Register a New Shipment
You can register a shipment from the Inventory → Goods Out section.
Steps to create a new shipment:

Click New Shipment.

Select a recipient:

Choose an existing contact from the dropdown list, or

Click Create new contact to add a new one

Choose the reason for the shipment:
-
Return or Disposal.

Add the products:
-
Select the product from the list
-
Choose the batch
-
Enter the amount to be shipped

Click Add more articles if multiple products are included

Click Next to review and confirm
Finish a Shipment
After creating a shipment, it remains unfinished until confirmed:

Go to Inventory → Goods Out

Locate the shipment in the table

Click Finish Shipment
-
In the modal, confirm the Date of the shipment

Click Finish ✅
Once finished, the shipment status updates automatically.
Cancel a Shipment

In Goods Out, select the shipment you want to cancel

Click Cancel shipment
-
The status will change to Canceled, and products return to stock
View Shipment History
The Goods Out page displays a full shipment history in a table, including:

Shipment ID
-
Products
-
Date
-
Recipient
-
Documents
-
Reason (Return or Disposal)
-
Status
Clicking a Shipment ID opens the Shipment Detail View, where you can see full shipment details.
