Goods In

Manage all incoming deliveries and track received products.

  • View delivery numbers, dates, and suppliers

  • Check the number of articles per delivery

  • Scan delivery notes for quick registration

  • Monitor the status of each delivery



Register Incoming Goods

Sellers can register goods arriving at the dispensary using two methods:

Option 1 – From the Home Page

  1. Go to the Home page

  2. Click the green “Add” button

  3. Select “Register incoming goods”

Option 2 – From the Inventory Section

  1. Go to the Inventory tab in the top navigation

  2. Click on Goods In

  3. Click “Scan Delivery Note” and scan the QR code on the delivery note

The scanned delivery will appear in the Goods In table with the status Unfinished

Open the Delivery Detail View

  • Click the delivery number in the table to open its detail view

  • You’ll see a list of batches included in the delivery, each with details like product name, batch number, and expiration date

Add Batches to Stock

For each batch:

  1. Click “Add to Stock”

  2. In the modal:

    • Enter the amount received

    • Confirm or adjust the date received

  3. Click “Add to Stock” to confirm

Repeat for every batch in the delivery.

Complete the Delivery

Once all batches have been added to stock:

  • The delivery status will automatically update to Finished

  • Inventory levels will be updated accordingly



View Previous Deliveries

The Goods In page displays a complete history of incoming deliveries in a table.

Clicking on a Delivery Number opens the Delivery Detail View, where you can:

  • Review full product details

  • Check supplier information

  • Access related delivery documents

  • See the timeline of delivery events
