Club Dispensing Module

The Club Dispensing module enables compliant and transparent management of cannabis product distribution under the KCanG law. For Project Leaders, it offers oversight, reporting, and access control features to ensure your dispensary runs smoothly and lawfully.

With this module, you can:

• View members and handover activity

• Monitor dispensing volumes across sellers

• Check handovers by member

• Access detail information about clubs

• Edit seller information

• Generate member QR codes for handovers

Who Can Access This Module

You’re viewing this because you are assigned the Project Leader role. This role provides high-level access and visibility across all dispensing operations but does not allow you to perform actions like registering handovers or adjusting inventory.

Your permissions include:

• Overview of handovers (total, by dispensary, and per member)

• Manage sellers

• Access and generate member QR codes

Navigating the Top Menu (Project Leader View)

Your top menu includes the following sections:

Home

• See total number of members (total count, by status)

• View handover activity (total)

Dispensaries

• View your dispensaries

• Edit seller accounts

• View stats per dispensary

Members

• Search and view individual members

• Access each member’s handover history

• Generate or download member QR codes
