Club Dispensing - Sellers: Data Export

Sellers can easily export data from various tables within the Club Dispensing module for reporting, auditing, or internal record-keeping.

The export functionality is consistent across the system:
Simply click the “Export Table” button located at the top of each table.

Data Export

You can export the following tables to .CSV files:

Handovers

• Navigate to Handovers

• Click Export Table to download a .CSV file

Inventory

• Navigate to Inventory → Main table view

• Click Export Table to export an overview

Inventory Log

• Navigate to Inventory → Main table view

• Click Export Log to download all stock adjustments, product edits, and other log events

Article Detail View

• Click on a specific article in Inventory

• Within the Article detail view, click Export Table to export detailed batch data

Goods In

• Navigate to Inventory → Goods In

• Click Export Table to export all records of incoming goods

Goods Out

• Navigate to Inventory → Goods Out

• Click Export Table to export all records of shipments

Contacts

• Navigate to Inventory → Contacts

• Click Export Table to export contacts data

Non-Members

• Navigate to Non-Members tab

• Click Export Table to download non-members data
