Contacts
Maintain an updated list of suppliers and recipients.

Add new contacts with full details (name, company, address, phone, email)

Edit existing contact information

Keep your shipment and delivery data synchronized with accurate contacts
Add a New Contact
To add a new contact:

Go to Inventory → Contacts

Click Add Contact

In the modal, fill in the required fields

Click Save
The new contact will now appear in the Contacts list.
Edit an Existing Contact

Go to Inventory → Contacts
-
Locate the contact in the table using the Search bar or by scrolling

Select the contact and click Edit

Update the necessary fields

Click Update to confirm the changes
Saved Contacts
All contacts are displayed in a table under Inventory → Contacts.
You can use the Search bar to quickly find a contact.
When are Contacts Used
Contacts are used when:

Creating a new shipment (Goods Out) → Select an existing contact as the recipient or create a new one directly from the shipment modal
-
Receiving products (Goods In) → Link suppliers for better traceability
