Automatic Logout on Cannavigia after 20 minutes of Inactivity for Security and to Protect Sensitive Information

To enhance security, Cannavigia automatically logs out users after 20 minutes of inactivity. This precaution helps safeguard sensitive information and guarantees that only authorized users can access the system.

Normal Logout

Finish your work in the Cannavigia software by Logging out:

1. Go to the top right corner and click on the profile icon

Automatic Logout

• The system monitors user activity, such as clicks and other interactions
• If no activity is detected for 20 minutes, the user is considered idle
• Any user activity (e.g., clicking) resets the idle timer, allowing continuous access without interruption
• After 20 minutes of inactivity, the system automatically logs the user out
• A logout window appears, prompting the user to log in again

After automatic logout, the user must log in again using their email address and password.

This security feature ensures that your session remains secure, even if you step away from your device.
