How to Archive, Bulk Archive, and Restore Plant Batches
Keep your workspace organised by archiving Plant Batches that are no longer active. Archived batches are safely stored and can be restored at any time if needed. Whether you want to archive a single batch or multiple at once, this guide walks you through the steps, including how to bring them back when necessary.
Archive Plant Batches
You can archive your plant batch any time; it will no longer appear in the active Plant Batch list. It can be found and restored in the archive (Project>Archive tab).
To archive, go to Cultivation>Plants or Projects:

Open the batch you wish to Archive
- Click on Actions

Click Archive to move the selected batch to the archive
Archive Multiple Batches
How to archive multiple Plant Batches at the same time, from the same Project:
- Go to Cultivation>Project
- Open the desired Project
- Select each batch you wish to archive; As you select a batch, it will be highlighted in blue
- Click on the Archive button at the top, to initiate the archiving process for all selected batches
- A confirmation window will appear, asking you to verify that you want to archive the selected batches; Click on the Destroy button to finalize the action
Restore Plant Batches
- Go to Cultivation>Project
- Open the Project where the achived Plant Batch was
- Go to the Archive tab
- Click on the Restore button to unarchive your batch; The batch will be moved back to the active plant batch list and respective project
