Archive Harvest Batch

Organize your Harvest Inventory by Archiving Batches, Decluttering your Active View while Maintaining Data Accessibility

Archiving a harvest batch is an essential process for maintaining an organized and efficient inventory system. By archiving, you can declutter your active inventory view while ensuring that all data remains accessible for future reference.

Conditions for Archiving

Before you can archive a harvest batch, ensure the following conditions are met:

• No available weight: The harvest batch should have zero available weight

• No processing task in progress: Ensure there are no active processing tasks

• No drying task in progress: Confirm that there are no drying tasks currently being carried out

Steps to Archive a Harvest Batch

1. Go to Cultivation > Harvest

2. Click on the Actions button in the line of the desired batch to archive in the Overview Tab

   

3. Or click in the Harvest Batch ID of the batch you wish to archive and in the detail view of the harvest batch, click on the Actions button

   

4. Click on Archive from the menu

   • If the system constraints are not met, an error message will appear in a tooltip, and the action will be disabled

     

   • If all conditions are satisfied, a Confirmation Modal will open

5. Click Confirm in the modal to archive the harvest batch

   

6. Go to the Archive Tab: The harvest batch is now archived and can be found in the Archive tab of the harvest inventory view

7. To Restore the harvest batch, click on the grey Restore button in the line of the batch you desire to restore, and the batch will return to the Overview Tab
