How to check Cannavigia's system status
Learn how to use the Cannavigia Status page to check whether an issue you're experiencing is on Cannavigia's side or related to your own device or network.
Accessing the status page
Go to https://status.cannavigia.io/ in your browser. No login is required, so you can check it anytime, including when you're unable to log in to Cannavigia itself. The page automatically refreshes and shows the current health of each Cannavigia service.
Understanding what you see
Each row on the status page represents one Cannavigia service, such as Cannavigia Core, CDS, Website, Core Handbook, or Club. Here's what the different elements mean:
- Status code: a green "200 OK" label means the service responded normally to the most recent check.
- Uptime bar: the row of green blocks shows the result of recent checks over time; gaps or a different color indicate the service was unavailable at that time.
- Check interval: the time shown next to the clock icon (for example, "2 mins") is how often that service is checked.
- APDEX score: the smiley icon shows a performance satisfaction score between 0 and 1, where 1.0 means excellent response times.
- Uptime percentage: the number on the right shows the percentage of time the service has been available; 100% means no downtime was detected in that period.
What to do if you notice an issue
If something isn't working as expected in Cannavigia, check the status page before contacting support:
- If all services show "200 OK" and uptime close to 100%, the issue is likely on your end. Try clearing your browser cache, checking your internet connection, or testing from a different network or browser.
- If a service shows a lower uptime percentage or a warning indicator, Cannavigia may be experiencing a temporary issue. Wait a few minutes and try again.
- If the problem continues or you need further help, contact our support team at info@cannavigia.com.
