1. General information
For the optimal use of Cannavigia, it is recommended to use the Chrome browser. The platform also works flawlessly on Firefox and Edge, while it is not recommended to use the Cannavigia on the Safari browser.
1.1 Password Setup by 1Password Browser Extension
Secure passwords are essential. For this, Cannavigia recommends using the 1Password Browser extension.
- To do this, you must first create a 1Password account for yourself and your employees. More information can be found under https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xsdSjGhFD-Y .

- 1Password allows the automatic generation of secure passwords. Cannavigia recommends using this feature. More information can be found under the links in step 2.
1.2 Setting up two-factor authentication (2FA)
2FA ensures that the successful login to the Cannavigia software is only possible through confirmation by a second device (e.g. mobile phone). This feature protects against access to the software by unauthorized third parties.
2FA can be carried out by specialized apps. Download one of these apps to your mobile device (e.g. mobile phone). Cannavigia recommends the following providers:
